Could you please verify whether the example file in the location http://iridia.ulb.ac.be/argos/upload/re ... 11.tar.bz2 is corrupt.

I did and for me it works well. Also other people have downloaded it and uncompressed it with no problem.
What exactly is the error you get?

The error I get on both my laptop and desktop:
dj@dj-desktop:~/Projects$ tar -xvjf argos2-examples-20120211.tar.bz2
bzip2: (stdin) is not a bzip2 file.
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

Almost a month ago when I downloaded the examples, I was able to extract them without any problem.

Thanks for spotting that! There was something weird going on with the Apache server. I changed the file name and now it should work as expected. Can you please confirm that?
