The eye-bot is a drone with a proximity sensor. It is called eyebot_proximity, and to know how to use it check the output of argos3 -q eyebot_proximity.

Start from this example to see how to run the eye-bot and the foot-bot together.

To see the color of lights, you need to use a camera sensor. Make sure that the LED medium you specify in the .argos is referenced by both the camera sensor and the LED entity. Check the output of argos3 -q led and argos3 -q camera for more information.

I'm not sure I understand the question. It is not clear to me what the title (summing radians) has to do with finding the smallest angle (which is what you're showing in your code). This seems to be an issue with the way the Python interpreter is integrated with ARGoS. There is nothing within ARGoS that can fix that problem. I would suggest to leave an issue in the repository of the plugin, in hopes the author can suggest a fix.

ARGoS is installed correctly. The subsequent error is related to Qt support on WSL, and the error message is printed by Qt. I think this is as far as I can go, for what concerns ARGoS. That looks like a successful installation. Test it with the following command, if you get no errors, ARGoS is installed correctly:
