When working to create the embodied entity, how are you able to reference specific pieces of the robot?

When working to create the embodied entity, how are you able to reference specific pieces of the robot without bringing the whole robot into the code?

We are trying to find the best way to implement the embodied entity, and are wondering what the best process to do that is.

Basically, what is the best way to go about coding and referencing the embodied entity?

Or are there any road maps out there that we can reference?

I don't understand the question, can you provide some details on what specifically you're trying to do? Code examples are best, error messages are also very useful.
