I am a new user, I want to ask about library in ARGoS. Do I have to create a new library when I will create a new project ? or take some library from example projects in ARGoS Web ?, especially the swarm robotics project ? Thanks

I'm not sure I understand the question. My suggestion, when starting with ARGoS, is to clone the example repository and start from there. Every robot controller/loop function is indeed a library.
